How do I generate my QR code?

Once you have added at least one category and item to your menu, navigate to the 'QR Code' tab in your dashboard. You can download the code as a PNG or PDF file, ready for printing.

Can I update prices after printing the QR code?

Yes! That's the magic of Goodmenu. The QR code links to your live digital menu. Any changes you make in your dashboard (prices, new items, out of stock) are instantly visible to customers without needing a new QR code.

How do I temporarily hide an item?

Go to 'Menu Management', find the item you want to hide, and toggle the 'Available' switch. It will instantly disappear from your public menu until you toggle it back on.

Is there a limit to how many items I can add?

No! All our plans come with unlimited menu items and categories. You can add as many dishes, drinks, and combos as you like.
